Malaysia Amazing apartment!
Amazing place and clean. Elonora met us upon our arrival and gave us a very thorough explanation on where to explore Florence. We had THE best gelato which we had every single day! Definitely recommend this apartment.

USA Clean and quite in a great location!
My mother, my husband and I stayed 4 nights in this apartment. It's very centrally located, an easy walk from the main train station and close to the main attractions. The street numbers are a bit confusing though.
My mom did the check in work Eleonora as my husband and I arrived later. It went smoothly and Eleonora explained her everything. She also had a folder with tour suggestions, restaurant recommendations and useful things to know.
The apartment itself is beautiful and decorated with taste. Very clean too. There is A/C in both bedrooms and the living room, and it's very quiet. The apartment was very quiet as well. On evenings, the street is animated with two restaurants and a bar in the street, but it didn't bother us and it wasn't till too late.
The stairs were quite narrow and steep though, with no elevator, so it might be challenging to carry heavy suitcases upstairs. It wasn't a problem for us though.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I definitely recommend this apartment for a stay in Florence.

Spain He estado una semana con mis hijos en este precioso apartamento. Buenisima y puntual acogida, detalle de botella de vino, explicacion de planos y lugares de interes, asi como restaurantes y heladerias.
Tranquilo con cámas muy cómodas,bien comunicado y con la estación muy cerca para hacer alguna escapada.
Probad el restaurante de abajo. El menú de mediodÃa por 10 euros, fantástico.
Sin duda, cuando vuelva intentaré que sea a este apartamento.

This Flat is fantastic! You have everything you need (hairdryer, dishwasher, toaster, wifi, washer...) ! The décoration is very Nice and the location perfect ! We were a family of five in it, and it was great !
Be very careful with the parking ! We should be Warned since the beginning...you have a ticket if you are not resident... If you Wait for the keys go park your car at the international parking 50 meters after the apartment. You would be able to come back and forth as you want during your stay, it's safe but not free.

Australia Wonderful place, great hospitality!
Eleonora was a wonderful host who explained everything to us. The appartment was excellent in the heart if Florence. It was a 5min walk from the station SMN. This is our fourth appartment in Europe and the best. It was clean,spacious, bright. Beds were comfortable and enough bedding for the four of us. Towels were excellent. Bus to sienna was 5mins away (Sita bus) and was 7.60 euros each way. We spent the whole day there. Walking distance to all the attractions. The bus to piazza Michelangelo is bus 12 or 13 from the station and has the best view of Florence for 1.20 euros each way. If we ever come back to Florence I would definitely stay here.

UK Really clean and perfectly located. Absolutely nothing was lacking and the flat was spotless. The kitchen was well stocked with bits for cooking which meant we could cook up lovely dishes in the flat although there seemed to be good restaurants nearby. The WiFi worked well. The only negative was the flat didn't get much natural light but it did mean it was nice and cool on hot days. Would book again.
